we stayed right by hock choon supermarket and could visit suria klcc. we greatly enjoyed the service and the food and sensible prices.

Great to have a kitchen in our room. The pool here was really fun! 🏊‍♂️

The accomodation was great for a family of four, two nice tidy rooms with a big Lounge area. A great kitchen facility with freedge, oven, micro wave and enough utensiles to cook meal. Affordable laundary service. Above all it was nice to have prefessional friendly staff.

In fact, I disliked almost everything. Major reasons of dissapointment: 1. unfriendly staff 2. check-in time is declared as 3 pm, we arrived at 5 pm, one of the rooms was not ready. what receptionist Edwin said was "i understand". no apologies. 3. this "4-star" hotel offered only 3 towels for a double room 4. no free wifi. the paid wifi service is available at the bistro, which working hours should be 7-11 (according to the door plate). we came at 10:10 pm but were refused as "we are closed at 10:30, so we cannot help you" 5. there was some litter on one of the beds 6. the map shows that the hotel is next to the twin towers. in fact, we had to walk for 25 minutes to reach them 7. the double room had no twin bed. two single beds instead. Overall, Sucasa is a shitty hotel.

Everything was simple, fast, the breakfast was ok, plenty of dishes, the pool, the gym were fine. Easy access to the route to go downtown. Not noise. The price is reasonable fine.

Everything was fine. Just the cleaner did not help to wash the coffee cups, as well as the bath, They placed the cups in the sink without wash. The bath was dirty when I came back at night. I think she/they must, or should I? Something unpleasant was the person for taxi service. He requested rm110 to go klcc. Thanks

Every thing is excellent comparing to the price.. Book early.. Had 2 apartments, each 2 bedrooms The apartment was huge Bed was big and soft Good chanels at TV The stuff was very nice The breakfast is excellent The shuttle was good, went to KLCC and Pavilion mall twice daily for free!

If you just want the shopping area, book in jalan ampang .. For me I prefer quit place

The design and size of the rooms are great. The price of the room on Booked.net is good.

The whole hotel smell. It stinks of smoke. If you are a non smoke this hotel will not be any good. The bathrooms have a lot of mould on them. You must have the exhaust fan on all the time as the room will smell like smoke. The food was very limited.

Customer Service : Faizal and Ahmad are very friendly and attentive. Laundry lady very efficient and attentive too. 2 Bedroom Deluxe : Spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast acceptable. Swimming pool quite nice. Floats are useful esp for kids. Location acceptable. At least 3 restaurants nearby. Security guards are constantly patroling around the hotel especially the car park.

i dont like anything, this hotel 4 star and when you see the room you will say it is 1 star.

which we know that when you book for any hotel the breckfast will come free with the room in sucasa you pay for the breckfast. they not cleening the room good.
